Blue Bottle Coffee has over 100 locations across the United States, Japan, Korea, and Hong Kong. You can find your nearest cafe using the location finder on our website. Each cafe is designed thoughtfully to reflect its neighborhood while maintaining our commitment to quality.
Yes. We offer a wide selection of single-origin whole bean coffees, blends, and seasonally rotating lots available for purchase in-cafe and through our online shop. We also offer pre-ground options for drip, pour-over, espresso, and French press preparations.
Absolutely. Our subscription program lets you choose your preferred coffee, grind setting, bag size, and delivery frequency. Subscribers receive a 10% discount on every order and get early access to limited and seasonal releases before they are available to the public.
We build direct, long-term relationships with the farmers who grow our coffee. We pay above Fair Trade prices, visit our partner farms regularly, and work collaboratively on processing and cultivation practices. Transparency in our supply chain is something we take seriously.
Our cafes offer a range of dairy-free milk alternatives including oat, almond, and soy. Many of our food offerings are also labeled for common allergens. Please speak with your barista or reach out to us directly if you have specific dietary requirements.
We partner with a select number of restaurants, hotels, and specialty retailers to provide our coffee at wholesale. You can reach our wholesale team through the contact form on this page by selecting "Wholesale Inquiry" as the subject, or by emailing us directly.
If you are unsatisfied with any coffee you purchase from us, please reach out within 30 days of your order date. We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether through a replacement, credit, or refund. Coffee is perishable, so we handle each case individually.
